CrowdFarming® is Europe’s leading tech-enabled farmer-to-consumer marketplace. We are building all the technology and logistics so consumers can access the largest catalogue of organic and regenerative farmers.
Our vision is to build the most sustainable food supply chain so that farmers can receive a fair price for their organic products and consumers can receive fresh food that travels 75% less time than the one in supermarkets.
We launched in 2017, and we’re already working with more than 300 farmers across Europe. We believe that buying food directly from farmers is the most powerful everyday act available to anyone to create a positive social and environmental impact.
✅ Your daily functions in the Compensation & Benefits team:
- Prepare monthly reports related to costs, salaries or benefits and other reports as required.
- Prepare documents for the Bonus Review Process and solve issues related to this process.
- Prepare employee entry and exit documentation as well as handle administrative aspects related to training, flexible remuneration and other labour issues.
- Take part in different key HR projects.
- Support the payroll process in Spain, Germany, France and Italy.
- Build long-lasting relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Be the initial contact point for staff, providing day-to-day support.
- Help solve any issues related to pay and benefits.
CrowdFarming has around 200 employees located in Spain, Italy, France and Germany, so the scope of your responsabilities will be broad.
✅ Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or Law, and/or a Master’s Degree in Human Resources.
- Passionate about Human Resources.
- Solid knowledge of Excel.
- Strong level of English (B2/C1). German, Italian, French or any other European languages would be an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
- Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced international environment.
