We are looking for an  Talent Acquisition Intern to support us in our search for the best talent. We’re seeking someone communicative, eager to learn, and ready to develop their instinct for identifying the right people. Your role will be key in helping us build talent pipelines and attract outstanding professionals who want to grow with us.

👉 Your daily functions in the Talent team:

• Comprehensive management of the end-to-end talent attraction and recruitment process: from posting job offers on multiple platforms and actively searching for candidates, reviewing and screening CVs, conducting phone and competency-based interviews.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure we are bringing in the right people.
• Create an amazing candidate experience, from first contact to offer letter, ensuring that every interaction reflects the CrowdFarming ethos.
• You will work collaboratively with other members on the development of projects related to People.
• Prepare and carry out the onboarding processes for new hires.

👉 Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations & Human Resouces, Business Administration or Law, and/or a Master’s Degree in Human Resources.
• Between 6 months and 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Experience working with recruitment tools (Linkedin, job portals, ATS).
• Strong level of English (B2/C1). German, Italian, French or any other European languages would be an advantage.
• Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced international environment.

• A 40 hours/week internship contract for 6 months with an €750 per month.
• Flexible working hours and intensive working hours in July and August. Flexible working hours and intensive working hours on Fridays, as well as in July and August.
