CrowdFarming® is the leading European market-place from farmer to consumer. We are building all the technology and logistics so that consumers can access the largest catalog of ecological and regenerative farmers. Our vision is to build the most sustainable food supply chain so that farmers can receive a fair price for their organic products and consumers can receive fresh food that travels 75% less time than in supermarkets. We launched in 2017, and we are already working with more than 300 farmers across Europe.
We believe that buying food directly from farmers is the most powerful everyday act available to anyone to create a positive social and environmental impact.
We are looking for an Talent Acquisition Intern to support us in our search for the best talent. We’re seeking someone communicative, eager to learn, and ready to develop their instinct for identifying the right people. Your role will be key in helping us build talent pipelines and attract outstanding professionals who want to grow with us.
👉 Your daily functions in the Talent team:
- Comprehensive management of the end-to-end talent attraction and recruitment process: from posting job offers on multiple platforms and actively searching for candidates, reviewing and screening CVs, conducting phone and competency-based interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure we are bringing in the right people.
- Create an amazing candidate experience, from first contact to offer letter, ensuring that every interaction reflects the CrowdFarming ethos.
- You will work collaboratively with other members on the development of projects related to People.
- Prepare and carry out the onboarding processes for new hires.
👉 Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations & Human Resouces, Business Administration or Law, and/or a Master’s Degree in Human Resources.
- Between 6 months and 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with recruitment tools (Linkedin, job portals, ATS).
- Strong level of English (B2/C1). German, Italian, French or any other European languages would be an advantage.
- Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced international environment.
👉 What do we offer:
- A 40 hours/week internship contract for 6 months with an €750 per month.
- Flexible working hours and intensive working hours in July and August. Flexible working hours and intensive working hours on Fridays, as well as in July and August.
- You will join a team, where your impact will be remarkable and you will take part in key projects.
- Remote work options: 3 days per week. 25€ per month as “Extra - Work From Home” to help you with monthly costs (electricity, water…)
