CrowdFarming® is an agri-tech Farmer-to-Consumer platform that offers a sustainable and transparent alternative to fight food waste by creating a direct link between agricultural producers and consumers. Founded in 2017, we are constantly revolutionizing consumer behavior and are experiencing significant growth 🌳. Therefore, we need support for our customer service team in Madrid.

✍ Here are some of the tasks that you will have to carry out if you join us: 

• Advising and assisting our customers   
• Handling incoming customer inquiries in accordance with the CrowdFarming® philosophy (be it order inquiries, logistics questions or information about our company...) over phone, email and social media.  
• Provide guidance to our producers through consumer feedback.
• Help our Swedish market to grow (your opinion counts!)

✅ Your profile:

• Swedish is your mother tongue and you also speak English fluently.
  
• You are located in Madrid.
• You can work independently but are above all an excellent team player. 
• You are flexible and like change. 
• You keep a cool head even in stressful or unexpected situations. 
• You are enthusiastic and curious and want to discover the daily surprises that agriculture has in store for you. 
• Sustainability is one of your core values.

🥑 What we offer:

• A permanent contract of 40 hours per week.

•  A eight to five schedule. The work is hybrid remote (2 days per week at the office).
