Customer Service Specialist (French / German / Italian Market)

👉About the Role
We are looking for passionate Customer Service Specialists to join our growing team (French, German and Italian) and help us deliver an outstanding experience to our community across Europe.
What you’ll do:
Support and advise customers via phone, email, and social media
Handle enquiries related to orders, deliveries, transport issues, and the CrowdFarming philosophy
Resolve incidents in a proactive, solution-oriented way
Promote conscious and sustainable consumption through every interaction
Collect and share customer insights with internal teams
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth customer journey
Translate and proofread website content in your native language

👉About the RoleNative-level speaker of French, German, or Italian.
Good command of English (Spanish is a plus).
At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
Professional experience in sales, customer service, logistics, agriculture, and/or online retail is a plus.
Able to work independently while being a strong team player.
Flexible, proactive, and ambitious.
Calm and solution-oriented in stressful or unexpected situations.
Passionate about sustainability — your eco-heart beats green.
👉 What We Offer
A permanent full-time contract.
Schedule: Early Bird (08:00h-17:30h) and Night Owl (10:30h - 20h). You work 1 weekend every 5 weeks and have the Friday before and the Monday after off.
Hybrid model: two days of remote work per week (25 €/month for related expenses).
An annual €250 grant to support any training you wish to undertake related to your responsibilities and tasks.
Language classes partially funded by CrowdFarming.
