CrowdFarming® is the leading European marketplace connecting farmers directly with consumers. We are building the technology and logistics needed to provide access to the largest catalog of ecological and regenerative farmers. Our vision is to create the most sustainable food supply chain so farmers receive a fair price for their organic products and consumers enjoy fresh food that travels 75% less time than in supermarkets.

👉 Your mission
Become a key driver of CrowdFarming’s growth by bringing the right people on board and ensuring they thrive from day one. Your role goes beyond recruitment — you will become a trusted partner to our managers, working hand in hand with them to understand their needs, identify the right talent, and ensure that every new joiner integrates smoothly and meaningfully into the organization. You will be the guardian of a human, supportive, and engaging journey for every person who joins us.
👉 Your daily functions in the Talent team:
- Comprehensive management of the end-to-end talent attraction and recruitment process across multiple disciplines, seniority levels, and international markets: from posting job offers on multiple platforms and actively sourcing candidates, to reviewing and screening CVs, conducting phone interviews, and competency-based interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure we are bringing in the right people.
- Create an amazing candidate experience, from first contact to offer letter, ensuring that every interaction reflects the CrowdFarming ethos.
- Collaborate with other team members on projects related to People.
Prepare and carry out onboarding processes for new hires.
👉 Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations & Human Resources, Business Administration or Law. A Master’s Degree in Human Resources is a must.
- Between 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job portals, ATS).
- Strong level of English and French (B2/C1). German, Italian or other European languages would be an advantage.
- Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced international environment.
